Marbella
Marbella is my base, so this is where I can get to fastest, often on the day you get in touch. I cover the whole municipality on the Costa del Sol: from the town centre and the Golden Mile to Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús, San Pedro de Alcántara and the urbanisations to the east, such as El Rosario.

Marbella has lots of villas and townhouses in gated urbanisations with pools, gardens and irrigation systems, while near the sea and in the centre there are apartments in buildings from the 1970s to the 1990s. Many owners only live here for part of the year, so homes are often shut up for long periods, and the lights, water, air con and pool need checking before the owners arrive.
In spring, air con cleaning and check-ups before the heat arrives. All year round, key holding while the owner is away with a photo report, small repairs from a to-do list, electrics and plumbing. More and more villas with large roofs and high air con bills are having solar panels fitted, and apartments and bathrooms in older buildings get full renovations.
If you're not in Spain, you can leave the keys with the concierge or the urbanisation's administrator. I agree the job from photos, do the work and send you a photo report and an invoice. In urbanisations I let security know in advance that I'm coming, and I plan bigger jobs around the community's rules.

Our work
Twenty panels on a flat roof, a hybrid inverter and a 10 kWh battery. In summer the system covers the air con and the pool.
One outdoor unit on the roof and four indoor units. The pipework is hidden in the walls and the condensate drains run into the waste pipes.
A family moving to a bigger apartment. We packed the crockery and appliances, took apart the wardrobes and beds, moved everything in one trip and put it all back together at the new place. By the evening the kitchen and bedrooms were ready to live in.

This storage room near the sea smelt damp and things were getting ruined. We treated the walls with an anti-mould solution, painted them with breathable paint and put up shelving and hooks for bikes and paddleboards.

We turned a small storage room in an apartment into a workspace: cleared out the clutter, added lighting and sockets, and put up shelves and a full-width desk worktop. It's now a comfortable spot for video calls.
After a bout of calima (Saharan dust), the floor-to-ceiling windows and the terrace were covered in red dust. We cleaned the glass and frames inside and out, washed the terrace and railings and cleaned the outdoor furniture.
