I clean and service units, track down faults and install new split and multi-split systems, choosing a model to suit the size of the room, which way the windows face and your budget. Fitting the indoor and outdoor units, pipework, drainage, connection and commissioning.
Multi-split and ducted systems
One outdoor unit for several rooms, and concealed ducted systems during a renovation.
Cleaning and disinfection
Filters, heat exchanger, fan and drainage. I get rid of mould and nasty smells.
Fault diagnosis
Not cooling, leaking water, noisy, or an error code on the display – I find the cause.
Regas and leaks
Finding refrigerant leaks and regassing through a certified technician.
Removal and relocation
Taking down an old unit, moving it to a new spot, and disposal.

Questions and answers
How often should air con be cleaned?
At least once a year, ideally in spring before the heat arrives. If you also use it for heating in winter, twice a year.
Do you sell air conditioning units?
I can choose and buy the equipment for you (Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu and others) or install a unit you've bought yourself. Installation prices don't include the equipment.
Why is my air con dripping water into the room?
Usually the drain is blocked or the pipe doesn't have the right fall. Cleaning the drain solves the problem in most cases.
