Over time, the garage of a villa or the store room by the pool fills up with everything: tools, garden equipment, bikes, paddleboards, pool chemicals. We clear the space, sort out the walls, floor and lighting, and install storage systems, so the car fits in again and you can find what you need in a minute. We work across the Costa del Sol: Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena.

Clear-out and removal
We sort your things and take old furniture, building waste and anything unwanted to the punto limpio.
Walls and ceiling
Cleaning, filling cracks, mould treatment and painting in a light, washable paint.
Floor coating
Epoxy or polyurethane paint for concrete: dust-free, easy to clean and resistant to oil and tyres.
Lighting and sockets
Bright LED lights, motion sensors, extra sockets above the workbench and preparation for an EV charger.
Storage systems
Shelving, tool pegboards, hooks for bikes, paddleboards and ladders, and ceiling-mounted storage racks.
Utility, laundry and plant rooms
Shelves above the washing machine, a place for pool chemicals and garden tools, and clear access to the water heater and fuse box.

Garage turned into a home gym
The garage wasn't being used for the car. We cleared it, painted the walls, laid an epoxy floor and fitted bright lighting, a fan and mirrors. The owner brought the gym equipment over himself.

Tools, garden kit and beach gear were all piled up together. We put up pegboards and shelving, added hooks for bikes and paddleboards and improved the lighting. The car fits in again.

FAQ
Questions and answers
Can the garage be done without moving the car out?
It's best to move the car out for the duration: once the floor is painted, the garage can't be used for 2–3 days while the coating hardens. Shelving and lighting can be fitted with the car still inside.
Do you install EV chargers?
We prepare a dedicated circuit and a spot for a wallbox. For shared garages in a residential development, we'll explain how to notify the comunidad: by law, an owner may install a charger in their own space after informing the administrator.
Do you work on villa plant rooms and technical rooms?
Yes: we tidy up around the water heater, pool pumps and electrical panels so the equipment is easy to reach. Pool chemicals go on a separate shelf, well away from the electrics.
How long does a garage makeover take?
A single garage, start to finish, usually takes 3–5 working days, including drying time for the floor paint. If you only need shelving and lighting, 1–2 days is enough.
