A property after tenants leave, an inheritance, getting ready to sell or renovate, a storage room crammed full: things need sorting and taking somewhere. We sort, carry out, take away and drop everything at the municipal recycling centre (punto limpio), and anything still usable can go to charity. You're left with an empty, swept space. We cover the whole Costa del Sol: Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena.

The price depends on the volume, the floor and whether anything needs dismantling. If there are items worth selling, their value can be offset against the price. We'll give you an exact price from photos or a video on WhatsApp.

Old furniture cleared after a house purchase
The new owners took over a house full of the previous owners' old furniture and appliances. We dismantled the lot, took it away and dropped it at the punto limpio (municipal recycling centre), leaving the house empty and ready for renovation.

Questions and answers
Can it be done without me there?
Yes. You can pass us the keys via the administrator, a neighbour or a key safe. We'll send before and after photos.
Where does the furniture go?
Anything still usable can go to charity shops; the rest goes to the recycling centre (punto limpio).
Do you take building rubble?
Small amounts in bags, yes. For larger volumes we order a skip (cuba) with a permit from the town hall.
