By the sea, windows and terraces get dirty fast: salt, sand after a calima, limescale from the sprinklers. We clean windows and glass balustrades without streaks, jet wash terraces and façades, and clean awnings and outdoor furniture. Indoors, we deep clean sofas, mattresses and rugs. We work across the Costa del Sol: in Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena.

Glass, frames, tracks, mosquito screens and shutters. Apartments, villas, shopfronts and offices.
Glass balustrades and screens
Removing salt and limescale, with an optional protective coating against marks.
Terraces and façades
Pressure washing tiles, stone, paths, pool surrounds, walls and fences.
Awnings, pergolas, furniture
Cleaning fabric awnings (toldos), pergolas, garden furniture and cushions.
Upholstery cleaning
Sofas, armchairs, mattresses and rugs: extraction cleaning, and stain and odour removal.
Solar panel cleaning
Dust and sand reduce output. We clean panels without harming the coating. Goes hand in hand with our solar panel service.

Windows and terrace after the calima
After a bout of calima (Saharan dust), the floor-to-ceiling windows and the terrace were covered in red dust. We cleaned the glass and frames inside and out, washed the terrace and railings and cleaned the outdoor furniture.

Questions and answers
How often should windows be cleaned by the sea?
Usually every 2–3 months, and more often for frontline properties or after a calima. You can book regular cleans.
Won't jet washing damage my tiles?
We adjust the pressure and nozzle to the material. For soft stone and old grout we use a gentle setting.
How long does a sofa take to dry after cleaning?
Usually 4–8 hours, faster in summer. It's best to book the clean for the morning.
