Apartment and villa renovations, start to finish
I take on the whole project, from measuring up and quoting to the final clean. For each job I put together a team of trusted tradespeople – tilers, decorators, electricians, plumbers – and manage the schedule myself. You deal with one person and get a photo report every week, even if you're in another country. I run renovations across the Costa del Sol: Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena.

Walls and ceilings, decorative plaster, plasterboard, alcoves and feature lighting.
Flooring
Ceramic and porcelain tiles, laminate, LVT, microcement and levelling the subfloor.
Full renovations
Layout changes, replacing all the services, windows, doors and the complete finishing work.
Getting ready to sell or let
A quick cosmetic refresh so the property looks good in photos and at viewings.
Terraces and façades
Painting façades, repairing terrace tiles, waterproofing, railings and canopies.

Guide prices
Prices are for labour; materials are costed separately, depending on what you choose. As a guide, a full apartment renovation in Marbella usually comes to €30,000–€50,000 all in.

The work
The team works to the schedule; I check every stage and send you updates.

Handover and clean-up
We go through a snagging list together, fix anything outstanding and do a final clean.

Full bathroom renovation in an apartment
We replaced the bath with a level-access shower, waterproofed the whole room, laid large-format porcelain tiles and fitted a wall-hung toilet. The owners were in Sweden and got a progress report every Friday.

Questions and answers
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Usually 2–3 weeks of work, provided the materials have been chosen in advance. It's best to order tiles and sanitaryware with long lead times before the strip-out begins.
Do I need permission to renovate?
For most interior work, a notification to the town hall (declaración responsable or licencia de obra menor) and approval from the building administrator are enough. I can help you prepare the paperwork.
Can the renovation go ahead while I'm abroad?
Yes, that's how most of my customers do it. Keys and access for the team, materials agreed by photo and video, weekly reports and payment in stages.
