The renovation's finished, but there's a layer of dust everywhere, paint on the tiles, cement on the frames and film on the windows. An ordinary cleaner can't deal with this; it takes different products and tools. We do renovations ourselves and know where building dust hides, so we leave the property ready for you to move straight in. We cover the whole Costa del Sol: Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena.

We remove cement and grout haze without scratching tiles, marble or glass, using the right product for each surface.
We take the rubbish away
Leftover materials, boxes and packaging go to the municipal recycling centre (punto limpio).

A professional vacuum on every surface, ceilings, ventilation grilles and inside cupboards.
Cement, grout, paint
Removing marks from tiles, marble, parquet and sanitaryware without damaging the surface.

Removing protective film and tape, and cleaning glass, frames, tracks and shutters.
Kitchen and bathrooms
Cleaning new units inside and out, appliances, sanitaryware and grout lines.
Terraces and façade
Pressure washing and removing mortar and paint splashes.
Rubbish removal
Small amounts of building waste and packaging. Larger loads through our rubbish removal service.

How is the price worked out?
By floor area and how dirty it is. Send photos or a video and we'll give you a fixed price. On jobs where we did the renovation, the clean is included in the quote.
Do you clean up after other builders?
Yes. Before we start we look at the property or photos, so we know straight away which products we'll need.
How long does it take?
An apartment usually takes one day, and a villa two to three days, depending on the size and the number of windows.
