Projects on the Costa del Sol: what was needed and how it turned out.
Full bathroom renovation in an apartment
We replaced the bath with a level-access shower, waterproofed the whole room, laid large-format porcelain tiles and fitted a wall-hung toilet. The owners were in Sweden and got a progress report every Friday.

Solar panels, start to finish
The Costa del Sol gets around 2,900 hours of sunshine a year – one of the best figures in Europe. A rooftop solar system covers most of your electricity bill, and the surplus is sold back to the grid. I take care of the whole process: sizing the system, choosing the equipment, installation, connection, setting up the app and the paperwork. I install solar panels across the Costa del Sol: in Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena.

Can you do the work if I'm not in Spain?
Yes, that's one of the most common situations. You can give the keys to the concierge or administrator, or leave them with me. We agree the price before I start, and afterwards you get photos and the invoice.
What languages do you speak?
English, Spanish and Russian. For complex projects in other languages, we can help with translating quotes and reports.
How much is the call-out charge?
Within Marbella and Estepona, the call-out is included in the first hour of work. For areas further away, I'll tell you the call-out charge in advance.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes, up to 12 months on workmanship, depending on the type of job. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
