Letting your apartment through Airbnb, Booking or an agency? Between check-out and check-in you only have a few hours. We clean to a checklist, change the linen, restock the essentials, check the appliances and send you photos. If something's broken, we fix it straight away, so you don't have to wait for a handyman and lose bookings. We work across the Costa del Sol: Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena.

Photos of the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen after every clean, so you can see straight away if guests have damaged anything.
Small repairs on the spot
A bulb, a tap, the air con, a lock. Fixed on the same visit, not a week later.

What I do
Changeover cleaning
A full clean to a checklist: kitchen, washing-up, bathrooms, floors, terrace and taking out the rubbish.
Bed linen and towels
Changing sets, with washing and ironing done in-house or through our partner laundry.
Guest essentials
Toilet roll, soap, shampoo, coffee, capsules and cleaning products. Stock checks and restocking.
Property check
Appliances, air con, lights, water, and anything missing or damaged after guests leave.
Keys and meeting guests
Key safe, key handover, and meeting guests by arrangement.
Off-season deep clean
Deep cleaning, window cleaning, and sofa and mattress cleaning before the season starts.

I price small jobs straight from the photos, and bigger ones after a free site visit.

Pick a date
We agree a time that suits you. You can leave the keys with the concierge or your community administrator.

Job done, report sent
I do the work, clean up after myself and send you a photo report and the invoice.

Questions and answers
Do you work with agencies and property managers?
Yes. We can clean to the booking calendar sent by the owner or agency.
What if guests check out late and the next ones arrive early?
We plan the clean around the gap between guests. In high season we keep spare capacity for exactly these cases.
Where is the linen kept?
Sets can be stored in the apartment. Or we use our own linen through our partner laundry, priced per set.
Do I need a tourist licence?
Yes, in Andalusia holiday apartments must be on the tourist register (VFT/VUT). We don't handle the application, but we can point you to someone who does.
