About me
My name is Sergio, and I help homeowners on the Costa del Sol
I've been working on the Costa del Sol since 2021 – in Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena. I started out as an electrician and plumber, and today I also run full renovations and install solar panel systems.
My customers are apartment and villa owners from the UK, Scandinavia, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine and elsewhere who spend part of the year in Spain. So I've set things up so that you don't have to fly over for every dripping tap: we agree the job from photos, the keys stay with the concierge, and you get a photo report and an invoice once the work is done.
I do smaller jobs myself. For bigger projects I bring in a team of tradespeople I've worked with for years: tilers, decorators, certified electricians, and air con and solar installers. I'm the one responsible for the result.
