I come with all the tools and get through the list in one visit. I cover the whole Costa del Sol: Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena.

IKEA, Leroy Merlin, Conforama and any other flat-pack furniture.
Mounting and hanging
TVs, shelves, mirrors, pictures, curtain rails, curtains and blinds.
Small repairs
Cupboard doors, handles, hinges, skirting boards, regrouting and resealing in the bathroom.
Painting
Freshening up a wall or a room, and covering marks and stains after tenants move out.
Bulbs and lights
Changing bulbs in high ceilings and putting up simple light fittings.
Seasonal jobs
Getting the terrace ready, fitting awnings and canopies, and mosquito screens.

Prices are for labour only and exclude materials and IVA. I'll give you an exact price from photos on WhatsApp or after a site visit, before any work starts.

I price small jobs straight from the photos, and bigger ones after a free site visit.

Pick a date
We agree a time that suits you. You can leave the keys with the concierge or your community administrator.

Job done, report sent
I do the work, clean up after myself and send you a photo report and the invoice.

Questions and answers
Is there a minimum charge?
The minimum is 1 hour of work plus the call-out. That's why it pays to group several jobs into one visit.
Can you buy and bring the furniture?
Yes, I can collect your order from IKEA Málaga or another shop and assemble it straight away. Delivery is charged separately.
Can you hang a TV on plasterboard?
Yes, with the right fixings or a backing board. For heavy TVs I'll find a safe solution.
