Questions and answers
The neighbours say water is coming from my place. What should I do?
Turn off the water at the stopcock and message me. I'll find the source, fix the leak and put together photos and a description of the cause for your insurer and the building administrator.
Why is the water from my boiler (termo) barely warm?
Usually it's limescale or a failed heating element. I'll check it and tell you which makes more sense: a repair or a replacement.
Do you work with Spanish plumbing?
Yes, I work to local standards and use parts that are easy to find later at Leroy Merlin or Bricomart.
